SCP-firmware is an Arm-maintained project. All contributions to the project must be approved by both a core maintainer and one or more sub-maintainers (if applicable). Contributions are always merged by a core maintainer.
The core maintainers oversee the project as a whole, and approve and merge all contributions.
The sub-maintainers oversee the project as a whole, and approve all contributions.
