Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our current e2e testing for CATcher only covers the login page and bug reporting phase. This limited testing leaves other phases untested, potentially leading to undiscovered bugs and usability issues.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should expand our E2E testing to cover other phases (team response phase and tester response phase).
