[New Feature]: Footer Design and Implementation for Website Pages

We aim to improve the footer consistency and functionality across our website pages, including 'howtoplay.html', 'termsofservices.html', 'privacypolicy.html', and 'licensing.html'. Currently, each page has a different footer layout and content structure, which can confuse users and diminish overall user experience.

Point down the features

Consistency: Implement a unified footer design across all pages to maintain a cohesive look and feel.
Functionality: Ensure the footer provides essential navigation links and information consistently.
User Experience: Enhance usability by making it easier for users to navigate between different sections of the website.
