Feature Request

I was thinking that after years of good and loyal service, this design, although functional, was starting to look old compared to everything that js and css3 offer today. Why not consider a material design for Dolibarr ?
I'm thinking in particular of the menu, the icons, the animations, the inputs - maybe we could make it even more pleasant.
