Is anyone maintaining this project anymore

I found this extension on 9 to 5 Mac but when I try to enable this extension in Safari it will not work since Apple has made it a requirement to put your extension in the official Safari Extension store or Mac App Store, but now after looking through this repository it seems as though it is no longer active. I would really like someone to put this extension in the Mac App Store for free because it seems like a very good project and I wold like to be able to use it
