The chain-trace tests used in Shelley-Alonzo could now be used in Babbage-Conway. It would require an instance of EraGen for each of those eras, and adding calls to the appropriate tests in the respective test suites.

Before this is done we probably want to move most of the test code from the test-suites to the testlibs.
