The rule vlan.statistics/check-stp-state-netconf from EX-KPIs-monitoring running ExMemberStpStateTable.yml
The RPC command in the YML file is:
get-ethernet-switching-interface-details which does not exist on EX Switch with versions below 20.X (Tested with 20.2R3).

I tested the command on EX Switch running versions 17.3R1 to 19.3R1 and the output is:
show ethernet-switching interface | display xml rpc

Yes, it is different and not supported on earlier releases.
