[BUG] launcher freeze with aod apps

Describe the bug

Whenever I have a aod app and turn off the screen the launcher freezes visually although sometimes everything keeps working and other times I can't open apps

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have an always on display app
2. Activate it to work as expected
3. Turn off the screen
4. Unlock the device
5. Launcher frozen

Expected behavior

The app will visually freeze everything will work except visual response (and sometimes apps don't open)
