Issue tracker for migrating old V2 settings to Lawnchair 14 Beta 3, for play store release.

Will update this issue accordingly to recent feedback.

Todo(s):

  • Implement prefs migrations in V2
  • Implement prefs migrations in 14
  • Add simple onboarding UI to migrate prefs

This can still be useful in the future, when we have more devs/time. I'll remove it on the milestone and change the labels though.
