Schematica Visual Bug Overlaying anything in Minecraft

Things i tried to resolve the issue:
Turning off Fast Render and turning it back on
Turning off Fast Math and turning it back on
Turning off any Shaders i had
Turning off VBO's and turning it back on
Turning off Smart Animations and turning it back on
Turning off Dynamic Updates and turning it back on
Turning on Lazy Chunk Updates and turning it back on
Turning on Smooth World and turning it back off
Turning on Render Regions and turning it back off
Changing Alpha level to 1 which made it less aggressive but it still persists
Turning off Alpha Blocks issue still persists
Changing Render Distance to 2 issue still persists
Changing Delta value to highest and lowerst, issue still persist
Highlight Blocks is on
HIghlight Air is off

Description of the problem:
When i load a huge schematic and in-game, when loaded, i look at a specific area my screen becomes either white blue-ish, or dark blue-ish, white blue-ish happens when its day and dark blue-ish happens when its night, when my screen is white then i cant see anything, i can still interact with the game just fine, when i look away my game becomes normal againa and not white, if i try to open any GUI the screen stays white, i had this problem on both of my computers, i provided a screenshot down below on imgur and also the schematic file itself.

How to replicate it:
Right now i dont really know how to replicate it other than to just load the schematic and look into a specific part of the schematic you would have to search that part since i dont really know where it is, it can be multiple parts.
