[Suggestion] MPV's skip controls

Issue
Skipping through a song with f and b is not responsive and holding it down to preview different parts of a song is a very slow and unresponsive. I spend longer holding down the f key to get to somewhere, then I spent actually listening to that part.

Suggestion
I used MPV for the longest time as my music player, in addition to it being my video player of choise. It's arrow-key skip keybinds are a real joy. Right-arrow and Left-arrow skip 10 seconds forwards and backwards. Up-arrow and Down-arrow skip 1 minute forwards, backwards. The skip happens instantly and it's really nice to navigate a song like this. It's snappy and instant.
Of course, Arrow keys in ncmpc are already used to naviagte the menus. Shift+Arrow Keys would be an excellent and natural binding for the new MPV-style skip controls.
