resuscitate genomics-workspace.cwl?

Chris' idea for making genomics-workspace.cwl work on the servers:

• include activating the i5k environment in cwl

In terms of testing the above idea before full implementation:

• make a shell script that activates the gw environment with manage.py
• runs a manage.py example command
• deactivates the gw env
  That should give us an idea whether this concept will work in cwl env.
