Currently OS-HPXML has a restriction where "The azimuth/orientation of the neighboring building must match the azimuth/orientation of at least one wall in the home, otherwise an error will be thrown", as described in the docs. What would it take to support this?

In the meantime, a user might be able to use a 1 sqft wall in their desired direction to workaround the issue. It looks like this won't work, since OS-HPXML automatically makes the length of the neighboring building equal to the length of the walls in the given direction (with the assumption that the neighboring building is a similar shape). So the neighboring building ends up really small.

Somewhat related issue: #990
