The run_PyFMI.py script used to generate PyFMI results for comparison with QSS can extract variable time histories from the in-memory results object. This works but often produces an error message of the form:

_path_/USA_IL_Chicago-OHare.Intl.AP.725300_TMY3.mos - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

As this is not a critical issue I'm putting it in the Future Milestone for now,
