I would like to see us update the ResStock lighting characteristic. We have updated the lighting data for RECS 2020 which will show more LEDs in the Residential Stock (reducing lighting load in the baseline).

@ekpresent : has also pointed out that we should review our efficacy values. We currently use 90 lm/watt which might be a decent stock value. We could update these values for LEDs using this report https://www.pnnl.gov/main/publications/external/technical_reports/PNNL-29342.pdf

From @shorowit : Plug-in vs hard-wired in ANSI/RESNET 301 is not obvious and might contribute to changes here.
