Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
-Evaluate use of NOCT temperature models as the default temperature model for the CEC module model
-Untie temperature models choices from module models

Describe the solution you'd like
-Consider using the SAPM cell temperature model or Faiman model with the CEC model
-make it possible to select any temperature model with any module model (architecture changes required)
