A user reported an issue when trying to load a sub-hourly epw file into DView, particularly observing that the time series data displayed by DView looked incorrect.

I've attached the EPW file being used.

This issue may be related to NREL/ssc#140

I can still reproduce the issue in DView 1.2.0.
