NuGet.org is currently affected by a broad DNS issue and we are actively investigating the situation. We appreciate your patience and we will keep you updated as soon as we get more information.

In the meantime, check https://status2.azure.com/ for Azure updates and find work-arounds in this thread NuGet/NuGetGallery#8480.
