Worked before?

It is not regression since it reproes on D16.11\34601.136.

Impact

It bothers me. A fix would be nice

Repro Steps & Context

Details about problem

NuGet Version: Dev\6.12.0.110
VS Version: Main\35319.71
OS: Windows-11-Enterprise-22H2

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a C# Console App (.NET Core 9.0) in VS and open the project-level PM UI window.
  2. Click the “Browse” tab and observe the recommended package at the top of the package list.

Expected Result:

The ID-prefix-reserved icon locates on the right of package ID for recommended package.

Actual Result:

The ID-prefix-reserved icon lost for recommended package as the screenshot below. It doesn’t make sense since user would not know the package ID prefix is reserved which had been reserved.

Thanks for reporting that! I will use it in my draft spec (#13530) to address the underlying issue #13795.
