I tried posting a photo to /photos ..
I tried to select a pic from my gallery, app proceeded to a black screen
I then pressed home and re opened the app and tried again, selected pic, share page was presented but there was no photo on the page
Backed out and it worked the third time
iOS 13.1.2, 7plus
