Maybe list the upload menu item on the points/sites menus

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some users find it difficult to find the uploads button.

You can upload to multiple points/sites at a time, so it made sense to us that that menu option was project-wide, not site/point specific. Hence why it's not on the menus for the sites/points.

I can however see how it's confusing that the option isn't present on sites/points.

Describe the solution you'd like

• add the upload menu item to the sites/points menus
• test if this is more or less confusing to users.

Describe alternatives you've considered

We could add text to link back to the projects details page where the menu item is; but that's user hostile.

Additional context

Also, should an upload started in the context of a point/site be scoped to the point/site?
