add a level of subdomain/NS chanin for test so if we can monitor if DCV checkes nsec on upper level for unsigned zone
and for add an option to later actually fill dnssec records (bogus/valid)

Yeah this is a good idea, but not trivial.

In the meantime, https://caatestsuite.com has tests to make sure CAs are correctly handling DNSSEC with respect to CAA (which is currently the only place CAs are required to check DNSSEC)
