PI trying to download a file from a child directory fails #39

PI tries to download a file from a directory under the PI's directory.
Some files can be downloaded and some fail. Getting a request status as 'CORS error'

When the PI tried to download a file from one of the members of the lab, getting error [1]
Failure: 404 Not Found (https://beta.iubemcenter.scigap.org:8443/downloads/9ce762ac-c6de-4d39-841c-d84e626c8f5e)

Tested in prod portal: https://gateway.iubemcenter.indiana.edu/
But the downloading URL is referring to the beta portal.
