Sample Value with too many "blank" primitive values is unneccesary, bulking and confusing

Many Sample Values have all 6 primitives with empty string values. The primitives that are not used on elements should be removed entirely for better JSON and more approachable sample JSON.

I think there was a suggestion for this that instead of having a blank sample value space that requires you to custom encode the sample value if there were just six fields in the editor where you could just type in the sample value and that would allow you to use the enumerated values selected for the element that would help resolve this issue. One problem I have is that currently you get asked for Sample Values before you even get to the point where the enumerated values for unit are available so you have to lookup or remember what to put in your sample value
