Thanks @pmario. I'm not sure of the best solution nowadays, perhaps rewriting it as clean.js?

There's a npm library https://www.npmjs.com/package/rimraf which everyone uses for rm command ... I'll create a PR, ... I wanted to create an issue, so it's not forgotten. ... I didn't have time to implement it yesterday ;)
