Add GUI button(s) to clear the date range selection

Describe the problem

(While my current main use case is the Change period section of the bottom Search menu on the Changes page, I think it makes sense to apply it to all places where the date range selection is used.)

Following #12558

There is currently no GUI button(s) to clear the date range selection. If users do not want to filter by any date range, what I know for sure is that they can edit the URL in the address bar.

Describe the solution you would like

Add GUI button(s) to quickly clear the date range selection.
I would prefer to add GUI buttons to both the input field and the popup panel.
