Describe the bug

Jupyterlab upgrade fails on Yunohost 11. Moreover, there is the same error on restoration. I was on Yunohost 4.3.x, and begun upgrading to Yunohost 11 (after having upgraded to 4.4) this evening.

During the upgrade, it seems that the issue would be ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'encodings'.

The issue during the restoration may be something else : getcwd() failed: No such file or directory.

Context

  • Hardware: VPS
  • YunoHost version: 11.0.9.15
  • I have access to my server: Through SSH and through the webadmin
  • Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no (but I use my server enough so that there may be a couple oddities ?)
  • Using, or trying to install package version/branch: main stable one
  • If upgrading, current package version: 3.4.2~ynh1 before upgrade attempt

Steps to reproduce

sudo yunohost tools upgrade apps

Expected behavior

A working upgrade ^^
