- Open-Apple-Delete deletes selected files (like dragging to trash)
- HR/DHR and Minipix BIN files must have correct block length to be shown as Graphics

- Day of the week shown on the menu bar (if real-time clock available)
- New file type icon for DAs
- Tip about skipping copy to RAMCard is shown during startup
- Apple-` or Apple-Tab keypress cycles through open windows
- Screen Saver DA - Homage to Jack Eastman's classic.
- Ctrl+Reset quits cleanly back to ProDOS (except buggy emulators).
- Laser 128: avoid hangs checking SmartPort status
- Macintosh LC IIe Option Card: don't crash on startup; correct problems with interrupts affecting AppleTalk
- BIN files starting at $2000 and $5800 are treated as hr/dhr and Print Shop/Minipix graphics files.
