Fix the Self Label Post Button!

The label post feature should be more clear, more prominent, and feature more labels to be self applied.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move the label post button to the bottom with the interact button, give it a BETTER icon and a proper text label.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current placement but with a better icon, basic button style, and a proper text label.

Additional context

Man I just want people to label their dick pics and be able to like add other self reported labels to their posts.
