I can't find any books I added at the moment (not sure where to look), but here's some examples of books for which I've written reviews, where even the books themselves aren't found on the other instances:

Federation is powered by follow relationships. In other words, posts by a user A make it to instances where A has at least one follower.¹

Books appear in other instances either because somebody imports them from the search page, or—again—through reviews. As an example, I imported from bookwyrm.social one of the books you mention:
(I thought in this case the reviews might get imported as well, but I'm not sure if that's supposed to happen or not. I hope somebody else can clarify this!)
(¹) If any of these followers boosts the post, then the post will travel further.
Describe the bug
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding how Bookwyrm works, but whatever books or reviews I add to bookwyrm.social don't seem to show up on other instances.
