I use this background-image to make a custom border dotted for my elements but I have the impression that this is not well supported on Firefox so I use a normal border to make it works while the border is not dotted
Steps To Reproduce
I use this background-image for my element :
background-image: url("data:image/svg+xml,%3csvg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'%3e%3crect width='100%25' height='100%25' fill='none' rx='5' ry='5' stroke='%23000' stroke-width='6' stroke-dasharray='15%2c 20' stroke-dashoffset='0' stroke-linecap='square'/%3e%3c/svg%3e");

You can try it localy with stackblitz : https://stackblitz.com/edit/html-to-image-shadow-3goghm?file=src%2Fapp%2Fapp.component.ts
but it is really strange because it don't work the first time i download the image but it's working the second time
Additional Context
i took this background-image from this generator : https://kovart.github.io/dashed-border-generator/
