[NEW UI] No apparent option to sort

Issue Description:

For both the home (browse) and workspace pages, there does not appear to be any way to sort the data in the table.

I recall an option in the old UI to sort by score or license, descending or ascending, but I could of course be mistaken.

Regardless, the way the table columns are displayed suggests that one can filter (there is a "sort arrow" type thing) but it appears decorative and does not function .

Can confirm as of 10/13/2023 this is still a present observation.

It is absent from the definition "Files" view as well.
