Retrieve all annotations for a given bodyid

Currently the annotations are listed by position only, but we would like to be able to link each annotation to its bodyid so that we can use point annotations to describe specific features belonging to each neuron (for example, classification as descending/intrinsic/sensory and neuromere, side, and hemilineage of origin for intrinsic neurons). This will greatly facilitate our systematic review, typing, and preliminary analysis of all intrinsic neurons.
