Describe the bug

When you create an environment and that fails, it's hard to select that failed environment to be able to see the spec, unless you select another environment and then select the failed environment from there.

Expected behavior

You should be able to select any environment from the Builds dropdown to see it's spec, even if it is failed

How to Reproduce the problem?

  • Create an environment that you would expect to fail, like try to install a package with a version that doesn't exist say flask=26.0
  • Wait for the build completion and try to select the most recent environment, which will be the failed environment.
