Send notification when build completes

Feature description

It would be useful if a JupyterLab notification was sent when build completes. Ideally it would be configurable, for example I would only want it to be sent if the active tab is different than conda-store.

Value and/or benefit

This will much reduce the time wasted looking at the spinner.
