Re-evaluate where we need to refer to Affiliates and Legal Entity

In §1. Definitions we (in certain set-ups, but not FLA) have also the definition of Legal entity and its Affiliates, but is rarely ever used and not really consistently throughout.

For example:

• it never shows up in the FLA
• in non-FLA CLAs it shows up also in Individual CLA, where it is nowhere used in the document

In addition to that, it might make sense to see if there are other places where we should make use of it. A use case I have in mind is e.g. a corporation using the FLA or other CA.o CLA as a means to collaborate with another corporation (think B2B custom ordered functionality where it makes sense to also upstream that code).
