Move Patents into License grant

Currently patents have their own section. Since it is also a license, it might make sense to merge it with the §2 License grant.

So instead of:

2. License grant
   2.1. Copyright license to Us
   2.2. Moral rights
   2.3. Copyright license back to You
3. Patents
   3.1. Patent license / Pledge of Identified Patents
   3.2. Revocation of Patent license / Revocation of Patent Pledge
4. License obligations by Us

It would be:

2. License grant
   2.1. Copyright license to Us
   2.2. Moral rights
   2.3. Copyright license back to You
   2.4. Patent license / Pledge of Identified Patents
   2.5. Revocation of Patent license / Revocation of Patent Pledge
3. License obligations by Us

This was a suggestion I received to make it more consistent.

Alternatively, we could keep it as it is and simply rename the §2 License grant to be more clearly distinct from §3 to something like §2 Copyright.
