I understand that Multiple conditional attributes in a query component have their relationship as "AND", right? Then, is it possible to have multiple conditional attributes with "OR" relationships? Would it make sense?

Right now, conditional attributes are carried as query parameters and RFC 3986 which provides the generic URI syntax, only describes how multiple query parameters can be concatenated into 1 string using "&". Therefore it's not possible to have multiple conditional attributes using "|" with this syntax.
One workaround if an "OR" relationship is desired, is for the client to register several registrations independently on the resource being observed, with each registration containing different conditional attributes.
