Publish a new version 8.0 on Playstore

Steps:

1. Make sure Update Maps Sdk #22 and Add Android 14 Support #21 are completed
2. Create a PR to bump up the version codes similar to this PR
3. Build a new app bundle and apk on Jenkins
4. Install Area Mapper app from Playstore and test updating to the new apk you built in step 3 above making sure that app works as expected after updating.
5. Make a new release on Google Play Console and upload the new app bundle (.aab file) and publish the release
6. Wait for any approvals, once published make sure the release is there on Playstore and things work as expected on updating to the new version.
