Improve website documentation

This element has been postponed since the beginning.
The goal is simple have extended description that will describe risk with vulnerable code sample and secure code sample.

Roslyn does not allow the presentation of rich description but link to external website is possible. Therefor, the extended descriptions will only be available online.

• Produce the descriptions
• Update the website generator
