For pragmatic reasons, it should be possible to work well with a TGG that is incomplete in the sense that a lot of types are simply not yet handled in the TGG.

I'm not sure if this works already, but we certainly don't have any tests that ensure that this does not break in future. This also has to be implemented and tested for all Ops.
