Add a new module to integrate Light Gallery

Initial source code done by Daniel here: https://github.com/minamata/website/pull/14. Unfortunately this source code was not grouped under a separate, reusable module, but included in base code, so that code needs to be refactored:

Activities

1. Investigate, clarify and document here why https://www.drupal.org/project/lightgallery cannot be already used / extended. Otherwise we can contribute there with a submodule?
2. Create a new module if necessary, here in this repository if existing community module cannot be reused and decide what we can add there, and below are some options:

• the Drupal library to include the JS plugin
• a new type of media / reuse existing Image
• a new type of paragraph "List" with an entity reference to Media images, and setting to define the two view modes
• Display modes for Media to be included in Gallery

3. Include this module to recommended-project
