Currently we just list our phone numbers by top level category (Mental Health, Homelessness, etc)
We want to also provide numbers by community type (Immigrant, LGBTQ+, etc)
The UI and data for this is already there - we just need to have the existing data re-ordered by community instead of category.
Ideally we'd have more numbers total to draw from first (#32) before we do this
