Error and infinite spinner when try to view prompt which was duplicated from published prompt from View form

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
there is published prompt v.0.0.1 in Organization

Steps:

1. by user hover prompt name in right side panel in Organization
2. click 3 dots and select View option
3. On view form click "Duplicate" button
4. Hover duplicated prompt in Resent section
5. click 3 dots and select Edit option

Actual result

Error message displayed "An error occurred while uploading the prompt"
Infinite spinner displayed on the edit prompt form

NOTE: issue is not reproducible if duplicate prompt from prompts context menu on side panel
Also not reproducible when duplicate prompt from 'Shared with me'

Expected result

Edit form should be open without errors for duplicated prompts from published ones
