[Marketplace]: Author of custom app not able to add published app to My applications

How to reproduce

Preconditions:
user created custom app
user published version 0.0.1 of custom app

Steps:

1. by user open DIAL Marketplace / Home page
2. find published custom app and click on it
3. select published version and click 'Use model' button
4. open My applications and check published custom app

Actual result

4. for author of application published version was NOT added to My applications

Expected result

author of custom app should be able to add published version of the app to My applications
