What operating system are you seeing the problem on?

Linux (any distro)

Bug Behavior

In fullscreen mode, no shortcuts handled by the desktop environment (such as Alt-Tab, Ctrl-Alt-Del etc) are triggered (Windowed mode does not get affected by this). I don't know if other desktop environments also suffer from this bug.

Expected Behavior

Being able use these shortcuts in general

Reproduction Steps

1. Run the game in fullscreen mode
2. Try to use any shortcuts defined in the DE.
