When an artist has registered for the Artist Alley (AA), their registration currently permanently stays in the status it is in unless manually updated by the AA team.
For EF29, those registrations should automatically expire after fixed time period or when an artist decides to actively check themselves out of the AA.

Basically also a prerequisite for #179
