Add the ability to edit drop shipping details in "Update Items" dialog in sales order

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our sales team doesn't know if certain items are being drop shipped or shipped from our warehouse. They also don't know what supplier will be used if an item is drop shipped. Our fulfillment team decides if an item should be drop shipped or not and who the supplier is that it will be drop shipped from. Many of our drop shipped products use regional suppliers because they are very expensive to ship.

I would like to be able to edit "Supplier delivers to Customer" and "Supplier" values when "Update Items" is clicked on a sales order.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Making "Supplier delivers to Customer" and "Supplier" values editable on submit. I tried to make this happen, but it wouldn't let me change those values in the customization of the "Sales Order Item" doctype.

It would be fine with me to just have a setup item to allow this behavior so not everyone has to use it.
