Will probably become state.properties.nodes soon. Plot over all historical data.

Needs #11 for further progress. Preliminary findings are not valid, because too few JSONs could be processed. The apparently random distribution however, indicates no changes in node uptime over hours of day & weekdays. The huge majority of Freifunk nodes probably runs 24/7.
