Render military=office

Expected behavior

For the military office to be rendered either similarly to other office types, or with it's own special icon to denote military

Actual behavior

The military office isn't rendered at all, only the address data is shown

military=office currently has 6950 uses in total.

Most of these seem as primary tag, often in combination with building=*, but a significant portion (about 900) is used as a secondary tag to landuse=military.

office=military as competing tag has only 150 uses.
